Usually the problem isn't what anyone's named yet. It's somewhere upstream, in how information moves, where accountability gets lost, or why the tools people have aren't quite doing what they need.
I start by figuring out what's actually going on. Then I build or restructure the systems to fix it, mostly in Airtable, sometimes across broader workflow and process design.
